Emilio Finatti Complaint - Emilio finatti - service and quality

Review by WhiteRocker56 on 2010-04-24
I use to LOVE this place, the food and staff were great but things have sadly changed :( I tried and I tried to give this place a second chance but things have not gotten better.
Over the period of a year things have gone down hill. This place charges quite a bit for a pizza that is so so, years ago the food was excellent but now the this place is run by "kids", they are all in there teens and don't come across like they want to work and can be a little rude sometimes. The last time I ate there the girl behind the counter looked maybe 14-15ish wearing a leather jacket with spikes in it and was kinda rude. She had a hard time using the interact machine "i had to do it for her" and she swore when she could not get it to work. The kitchen is ran by youngsters and I have a hard time paying $30+ for one medium pizza that was made by 15 year olds. The owner comes across cheap and he and the staff smoke outside the front door which is GROSS. I keep smelling pot when I go in there and I have seen the owner giving a cigarette to what looked like a under-aged girl that worked there. I walked my dog past there at night and they were all drinking in front and I swear they were smoking inside YUCK.
I really hope they fix that place back up because it was good at one point.

15 year olds can make good pizza! I was 12 when I started cooking for our family of 6 and our dinners were always fantastic!
