Value Cushions/Summer Living Direct Complaint - Worst Customer Service

I ordered cushion on March 3rd 2010. March 19th I received an email indicating I needed to select a new fabric. I replied to that email and chose a different fabric and asked for a confirmation email. No reply. I have called over 100 times at different times during the day, hoping to reach someone and emailed 3 more time. No one ever answers the phone or replies to my emails. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. I'm not sure if I'll ever get my cushions. It is now going on 2 months and still no return phone calls or emails. Who knows when I will receive my cushions but consumers be warned...You will regret ordering from this company if you want great customer service and return emails and phone calls..once they have your money they don't care about you. They may have a nice web-site with lots of promise but that's it. You'd be happier sitting on ant invested grass then dealing with this company.
