Possibly an ATM or cash advance fee?

I agree with bcd...sounds like an ATM withdrawal fee. And all banks and ATM's are upfront with you about it. If you don't use their ATM to get money, then they will charge you. Depending on the ATM, sometimes both the ATM charges a service fee, and your bank charges you for not using theirs as well. So now it's $6.00, but as stated before, they are usually upfront about these charges.

You know what? I was just looking at my BOA account and saw a $2 fee from a withdrawal I took from a (supposedly) non-fee ATM last week! I wonder if it was BOA or the store that the machine was in. Oh well, lesson learned.

As far as the OP's fees for savings to checking transactions, I know that the bank gives you x number of free transfers per month, after that they charge you a fee. Another possibility is that you're under the minimum balance and they're charging you an account maintenance fee (which I find ironic). That's happened to me a couple of times, too.

Clutzycook, im sure that the $2 was from the store and not from the BOA ATM. Because Ive been withdrawing money from BOA ATM and never been charge a fee.
