Kentucky Fried Chicken Complaint - Incredibly Poor Customer Service
WESTLAKE, OHIO -- Yesterday, (4/25/10) I visited a store at Columbia Road and Detroit in Westlake, Ohio. I dealt with a Manager. As soon as I walked in to tell him I was missing items from my previous order and was back to place another order to pick up for my mother, I was told that "I hope you don't need anything because there is a 22 minute wait and we have nothing ready". He would not replace the items missing on the previous order I picked up for my self and children. When I took my mom's dinner to her, again...It did not have extra crispy breasts which I had paid for, rather, original thighs that were not even fully cooked. 2 patrons in front of me and 1 behind me walked out of the store. Owning a company, I realize how important customer service is and I would just as soon drive farther West (which takes 15 minutes extra), just to get treated with respect and receive what I paid for. My receipt number on my last order was # 0213. I wasn't able to get a receipt for my first order in that there was "no paper in the register".
The young man at the register did get paper to print out the second receipt. It is really bad when you go into your store twice in one day and have two messed up orders. My parent did not even eat it. The manager was incredibly rude and you are losing business at this store. I would hope that somebody would advise me if one of our employees was acting in this matter.
