U.S. Remodelers Complaint - U.S. Remodelers - Cabinet Refacing

Review by Frustratedremodeler on 2010-04-26
LOUISVILLE, TEXAS -- Our 2 year old cabinet doors, which were purchased through Home Depot and refaced by U.S. Remodelers, are falling apart. The seams on the doors have separated, and the inserts are slipping. We spent nearly $8,000 on this project. I called U.S. Remodelers, at the request of Home Depot, and was informed by U.S. Remodelers that my warranty has expired. They then offered to come look at the cabinet doors and give me a repair estimate, at a cost of $75, which they would then deduct from the cost of the repairs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, for any reason, at any time. I am currently trying to resolve this issue through Home Depot.
