TXU Energy Complaint - Bad Customer service
I am customer of TXU Energy for quite a time, but I felt disappoint when knowing that TXU had outsource the customer service dept. When I call, some body speak English which I hardly understand. Why outsource the customer service out? To save a buck but not helping customer at all. How can person who know nothing about life or needed help of The United States able to give you a great help? Why don't keep those jobs in the United States, so that American can have job. Globalization bring nothing but lost jobs to America. I will stop using TXU and transfer to another energy company even though I have to pay more. I really hate any company that out source our job to oversea.
