This is in response to several of the issues that I see brought up on this website....1st of all, to the person that posted 04/26/2010....I was in the doctor's office yesterday trying to avoid being hospitalized for pneumonia. I apologize that I was not there to take your call.
As for the other listings....All of these items were resolved with the return & warranty policy that the customer agrees to in mind.
Despite my efforts to please everyone involved, there is always another side to the issue than the person complaining.
