Vitacost Complaint - Excuses for Delayed Shipping
I ordered two bottle of vitamin supplements on April 11. The company never sent me word that it was not shipping the product until Apr. 29, that is was back ordered or out of stock. And if it did ship then, it would take 4-6 days. The company made excuses but never resolved the delay problem. I tried to cancel the order online as their Web site seemed to indicate you could do. Wrong!! I had to call. This company was awful and I will never deal with them again.
