Sears Complaint - Ordering parts
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA -- I ordered parts. Sent wrong. Take home, UPS pick up. In mean time reorder, pay for again, do not get credit until wheels get back to warehouse. Came, wrong again. Take home, UPS pick up. Went in and talked to someone, nothing they could do about it. They did not work in warehouse. Did not care to help or try to help. Lost customer and didn't really care about that either. Wouldn't shop there anymore.
