Liquidation.com Complaint - I don’t know how they stay in business.
WASHINGTON, DC -- Customer service is terrible. They are very hard to get a hold of.
After biding on my first auction and winning. I received my invoice, the problem was that the invoice showed the amount I owed in GBP not in $.
After I was able to get a hold of some one, I was tooled they will get if fixed and send me a new invoice right away. A day later I contact them again and I was tooled that they have my invoice in there hands right now and they will take care of it and get back to me right away. Two days latter I got an email saying that my transection was canceled.
I will never do business with this company again.
