Federal Express Corporation Complaint - Employees mistake - International Delivery
KIRKLAND, WASHINGTON -- I sent a package 2 weeks ago from the FedEx Kinko's location. FedEx Employee input the wrong package information, specifically the weight of the package (the actual weight was 5.95lbs, instead she entered 595lbs). Due to this mistake my package got stuck in customs and can not be sent out. However, I was sure the package will be returned to me soon. The representative of FedEx on the phone told me that it could take up to a month or longer for me to get my package. I don't think that it is how the company like FedEx should do their business. I am very disapppointed. And I have no idea when to expect it back. Especially that items in my package were presents. Happy Holidays.
