DirecTV Inc Complaint - Terrible Company - Cable Hook-Up
EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA -- Good luck trying to get any help from this company after they get what they want. I called to set up service. The lady told me that she could not run my card due to me not having the 3 digit number on the back of the card. I told her that I would call her back the next day. When I got home from work they charged my account 10 times...they reversed 5 of them. My checking account was completely empty..and my savings only has 26.00 dollars in it. I called and was transferred again and again...only to be told there was nothing they could do, I would have to call my bank. The Bank will not do anything until everything is done pending.
In the meantime...I am a single mother with 2 kids and no money. They could care less. How stupid are they to do that to someone. All I can do is cry..I don't have any money..can't get anyone to help. I wished I had never ever called this company.
