Kmart Complaint - Poor Accounting - Shortchanged
FRANKFORT, KENTUCKY -- Today I went to KMart for two items. The cashier short changed me by $3. When I went to the front desk to get my change (with my receipt) they said I would have to wait until tomorrow until they've counted all the drawers out. I showed her my receipt, and that the cashier had even typed in the dollar amount I gave her wrong. She put in she'd received $200 when actually I gave her a $20. It wouldn't make sense for me to give her $200 for $7.82 worth of stuff.
I'm really mad that I have to make a return trip to the store, and then I get my money only if the drawer is wrong. Well, it's going to be wrong anyway with her typing in $200 instead of $20.
