Sears Roebuck and Co Complaint - Worst service ever - Slide in Gas Range
I ordered a gas range received it in 2 days. The range was missing parts that were needed to hook up and were suppose to be included. After spending 1hr and 40 minutes on the phone I was told the part would ship in 10 days. I volunteered to travel anywhere in a two state area to pickup the parts and was told no.
This was the worst customer service ever. If you are concerned about customer service DO NOT GO TO SEARS.
