Sears Roebuck and Co Complaint - Worst service ever - Slide in Gas Range

Review by Mad and not going to take it anymore on 2010-04-30
I ordered a gas range received it in 2 days. The range was missing parts that were needed to hook up and were supposed to be included. After spending 1hr and 40 minutes on the phone I was told the part would ship in 10 days. I volunteered to travel anywhere in a two state area to pick up the parts and was told no.

This was the worst customer service ever. If you are concerned about customer service DO NOT GO TO SEARS.

it's quite common that you can't just drive up to the warehouse and pick up your part. Some companies don't disclose to customers where the warehouse is located. For security, of course.
