Dollar Rent A Car Systems, Inc. Complaint - Hidden fees, lack of flexibility and improper customer treatment
NEW YORK -- My wife's plane arrived late in LGA and they charged her for an upgrade since her car wasn't available anymore - so they said. In similar situations AVIS and Budget had previously just given me a free upgrade. Talked to the attending Dollar associate on the phone who asked me if I wasn't able to read the fine print. Well, I will not have to anymore since neither myself nor the Fortune 100 company I am working for will use Dollar in the future. Luckily, I was in the position to make the corresponding recommendations at contract renewal time.
