Mercedes Benz Informative - Bad and unsatisfactory service
My car reg number is GB52 SMB E320 Avantgarde. I had the car serviced by Mercedes Benz Loughton and the car was returned with the same defect on the dashboard One Malfunction The car was taken back and I also requested for the M>O>T The card was returned still with the same defect and MOT not done. When I telephoned them they stated that the MOT was overlooked and the electronics defect needs to be looked into hence the car was sent back It is three wqeeks now and the car has not been returned to me. There has been no feedback from the garage so far and I have been put to so much inconvenience and expenditure. I am suing legally for cash compensation.
