Zimmerman's furniture Complaint - Horrid

GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA -- Horrible salesmanship and very poor and over priced items. The store manager Mr. Chad hasn't an iota of integrity when it comes to ensuring customers, or former customers like my self, receive continual and satisfactory service or a half way decent product for that matter.
I felt had. I purchased a bed and entertainment center ( oak, looked beautiful in the catalog anyway) that supposedly had to be ordered and when it arrived It seemed used. I informed the General Manger of the many defects and was told that they the peaces would be replaced, which took MONTHS of calling and to check on it's status and a couple of times of actually reminding them that I was a customer, it seemed and felt as though they forgot all about me after nearly 3 months. What made matters wore was the Managers shortness and temperament on the phone, an attitude unbefitting of the position. It is impossible to see how Zimmerman's still exists in Grand Forks with poor customer service for unsatisfied customers.
