Time Warner Cable Complaint - Absolutely Terrible
This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. My service would routinely drop off or operate at extremely low speeds. I would call only to be told it would take a week or more for an agent to come out and check the connections. Even after that the service would still drop off. Finally I cancelled service and unwittingly entered into a billing nightmare. I was told my account was paid in full and closed but apparently there was actually a small amount remaining. I was not informed of this and it killed my credit score. When I contacted the company they admitted the mistake but refused to notify the credit bureau of their mistake. I may have to seek legal action to get my credit score fixed...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
