Sprint Complaint - Don't waste ur time
Seriously don't waste your time on Sprint, your good money and time. I just paid 350 for 2 lines. I have the unlimited data which includes unlimited internet, txt, 1500 minutes shared for 99.99. But I couldn't find out why I was paying for so much the 2 months I knew it would be in the 200 but not the 300. So I tried to look online and it didn't show me. So I did the CHAT they had and the lady said it was bc I was charge for reconnect fee which I paid previously and didn't understand why I'm paying for it again and 26.66 for txt messaging when I have unlimited txting. she said she'll refund it to me " if you want" seriously? if I want? well yes I want my money back for something I'm already suppose to be getting with my plan. then I was being charged for something that keeps up with my spending limit and I didn't know why I was randomly paying 7 bucks for it. Then I wanted to switch my phones so I can get a cheaper plan and she said yes I was able to do that but then she read me the Thank you statement and said bye. I'm like waittttt I wanted to change my phones but apparently she didn't want to do it. I felt rushed and pushed to get out of the chat with her like she didn't want to assist me. I have been with them for over 3 yrs and when I finally have a complaint within the 3 yrs I get horrible customer service. Don't waste your time. I use to work at the customer service for Sprint but there was a reason why I left.
