Kentucky Fried Chicken Complaint - And reporting to Corporate offices or complaining through web leads nowhere either!
PAGE, ARIZONA -- We spend 1/2 the year in Florida, drive back through Denver and on to Page, AZ. We eat KFC at least once a week wherever we are and even on the road. We returned to Page following a 10 hour drive from Denver and stopped at the only KFC there to order a bucket meal. We ordered extra crispy with sides of mashed potatoes and beans and biscuits. We were told when ordering they were out of mashed potatoes as the morning shift forgot to make them. After changing the potatoes to coleslaw, we got our order and headed home. Well, what we got was VERY soggy and old original, and dried out cornbread muffins. The chicken was horrible and tasted oily and the muffins were inedible. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager on duty—Elysia—who seemed completely unconcerned. She also told me the manager was not in town. I called corporate office, they took all my information and now a week later I'm still awaiting any kind of care or concern from KFC corporate or the store owner. I also have emailed through the site as a follow up—which has gotten me nowhere either. It flabbergasts me that nowadays and especially in this economy, that KFC is so COMPLETELY unconcerned for the quality of the food and the experience of their customers. I, for one, will NEVER be eating at another one, will encourage all my friends and families to boycott as well and hope that this kind of business goes under as they so deserve to do.
