Sears Complaint - Applaince Repairman, no show!
My 10 yr. old Freezer appears to be in need of some help before it fails, full of food of course. Did not cut any ice when I called and made an appointment for Home Repair Service on my Kenmore Freezer. They scheduled an appointment 4 days later, 1-5 PM. At 4:50 PM after waiting around on a busy day I needed to be elsewhere, carrying a portable phone around in my pocket all day, NO SHOW. Called them and their new tactic when late is" We don't show you have an Appointment". they say now I called about what the warranty was, on a 10 yr. old Freezer, lying personel! If it fails and we lose the food because of their slowness, I will never grace their store again for any purchase. Stick to the original Manufacturer, Whirlpool, they will show, they will take appointments and show up. Sears is now pure trash in my book. Never again!
