Hotwire, Inc Complaint - NO Consistance in Re-booking
I booked two flights with Hotwire back in November. I ordered insurance and on that same day I had to cancel my reservations. I was informed that I could not receive a refund, but they would credit my account and that there would be a $150.00 per ticket rebooking fee. Today I tried to use my tickets and they told me that I had to find a flight that had the same airlines and that my “2 year old could not fly with us because he was 1 when I booked earlier and didn’t require a ticket and that I would have to find another ticket for him through someone else, because they could not book him because his is under 17”. I am confused. I will not be booking with them anymore after my credit is used and I would encourage others to be ware of information given.
