Buy.com Complaint - No qualitty control on shipments - La Cie hard drive
La Cie hard drive - Complaint
ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a La Cie hard drive from Buy.com, and was sent the wrong, inoperable power cord. When I complained to them, they told me to return the whole thing, and that, upon review, they would correct the error. I felt that they needed proof, as if I was trying to cheat them of a power cord. I contacted La Cie directly, and they instantly sent the correct cord. I think La Cie was very responsive, and I will certainly buy other products with their label. I will never buy anything else from Buy. com
