Inn at rio rancho Complaint - No refund - hotel charge

RIO RANCHO, NM, NEW MEXICO -- I made my reservation through I requested a 2 room suite, with 2 beds in one room and a sofa bed in the other, when we checked in I was told that the hotel did not have any rooms that I requested. They didn't know why I was told that they did. The inn at rio rancho said it was up to to refund my money, and of course told me it was up to the inn at rio rancho to refund my money... what a run around. I was charged for one night, even though we had to find another hotel that we could stay in, after a long, tired day. Also, the room at rio rancho had a door that would not shut, and the room had a musty smell. Be careful about dealing with these two companys.

Stay away from Rio Rancho? Or a specific hotel? You never specified.
