LUBBOCK, TEXAS -- I ordered 2 boxes of 12 chocolate covered strawberries and the sleeves to cover up the strawberries at 39.00 a piece plus 16 dollars for 2 sleeves for boxes. Plus the delivery price. I ordered them Feb. 12 thus so they could be delivered Feb. 14th. My dad doesn't walk he is 84 years old. This was gonna be first year he wouldn't be able to go get my mom, his wife of 63 yrs her Valentine's card and candy. And I explained this to the lady that took my I order.

They didn't deliver on Feb 14 then. I called them on the 14th about 4 times because it was getting late and my last phone call to them was about 8:30 pm. The lady said that they were gonna send a truck to deliver in Slaton within the next 20 min. She said, “Don't worry we will deliver till everything is delivered.” But it didn't happen. I am so disappointed. The next day they delivered without the balloons or the card but they charged me 127.00 for nothing. 'Cause the strawberries you could tell had been sitting there for a while.

Tried to order fruit arrangement from store in Lubbock, Tx and was told they did not deliver to the small community I wanted them to deliver to. They said they delivered to another one but it was further away in the other direction and I asked why but they said they didn't know. Actually the girl sounded like she hadn't even heard of my community but don't know. Few weeks later one of their delivery vans passed me in my community as I was leaving so I got on the cell phone and called them and the lady told me they sure did deliver there and she couldn't believe someone told me different.

Well I emailed a complaint to their email but never heard from anyone. This is three months later and I called Friday to get one delivered to my community and the girl was nice and took all my info then asked for the address in the community and I gave it to her. Then she asked for the zip and I gave it to her and she said the computer rejected the zip so she could not deliver here. I said, "you told me when I first called that you did" she said yeah she thought they did too but the computer rejected it. I told her to use my zip that goes with my credit card then just hand write the real location on the printed out ticket and she said she couldn't do that.

I got very angry and called her a bad, but clean, name that questioned her intelligence and then hung up. Filed a complaint with BBB and it will be interesting to see if I get any response from anyone. In the complaint I was asked what type resolution was I looking for. And I said "just have the owner or manager call or email me and tell me if they do or do not deliver here and did their employee tell them about my little call." I figure the employee wasn't about to tell them about my call and how angry I was but maybe she did. Hope to hear something. Anyway, if you don't live in Lubbock, Tx be careful about trying to get something delivered.

Item not delivered. Item was to be delivered on May 27th. I paid $12.00 delivery charge, business attempted to deliver at 11:00 did not call me until 4:00 (2 hours before store closed) to let me know they did not deliver. According to delivery policy they are supposed to leave it with a neighbor. They did not. I asked if they could deliver on Sat. They stated it would be another $12.00. Delivery policy says nothing about that. They were closed on Sunday and Monday.

On the 31 I called the store. VERY RUDE manager told me he will not give me my money back and hung up on me. I called corporate (corporate delivery policy states he was supposed to attempt a second delivery at no charge) and they took the complaint and said the owner would call me within 72 hours. That did not happen. The note left on the door did not state a time item had to be picked up. My son worked Fri late, Sat more hours than the store was opened. Hours of this store are not customer friendly. I believe since company policy was not followed I deserve my $73.56 back. I paid $12.00 for delivery and this store did not deliver.

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- It's that time of the year again.... What to get Mom for Mother's Day? She doesn't need anymore stuff lying around the house, and I don't buy clothes for people (because I apparently have no style). I trekked on over to Edible Arrangements online, and checked out what they had for this time of the year. Found a nice arrangement that looked pretty nice in the picture. Put in Mom's zip code, and they immediately connected my order with a store that was a couple of minutes from her home. She called last night absolutely thrilled with the gift. The local store did a great job of putting together the fresh fruit arrangement and got it to her without a hitch.
