Napster Complaint - Deliberately Obfuscating - Napster
Complaint

I have the basic service with Napster, necessary for me to use the rather obscure satellite unit called the Pioneer Inno. Naturally, the service is manipulated in order to extract money, without really providing fair service.
Basically, the downloaded software, a kind of remote Napster service, worked fine until my wife did not pay the XM satellite service for the year. Now it does not work, so I cannot access the music I paid for.
Also, when I go to their site, I cannot find any customer support other than the ubiquitously byzantine self help, which promises not to solve the problem...that my computer has presets that prevent me from downloading any of the music I paid for. Seems like you pay for music, they let you listen to it for awhile, then prevent you from using it unless you pay again. And if you pay again, they probably have a system where they charge you again, and again, and again. As of now, you have to pay for customer support.
Now I have equipment that only works with the Inno, so, its landfill. Thanks. I hope you fifty dollar CEO addition to you 10 million dollar bonus is worth all that planned obsolescence. Perhaps your children will choke on the fumes of your industrial output, now rendered useless for your exploitative service.
Take it from me, this company is in the "proprietary service" downturn, the same kind of business model that comes up with a lot of money for a few months, then goes the way of Compaq and Dell: its on its way out, so sell your stock now.
