Sprint Complaint - Don't Waste Your Money On Sprint Cell Phones
VIRGINIA -- I have Sprint for almost 12 years. I never had a problem since when my centro palm won't connect in the internet to play youtube. basically my phone is perfect working condition but wasn't able to connect to internet. I called the customer service to complaint about my internet issue. First they told me that the antenna service on my area has a problem. I have to call within 3- 5 days and report this issue. So, on the 5th day I called back, waited for someone to help me waited waited 2 hrs. Then they transfer me technical center and told me I need to go to Sprint store so they can fix the problem. I went to the Sprint store wasted my time for 3 hrs waiting and the technicians said they can't figured out what's the heck is happening with my phone. Store Sprint suggested me to call back Sprint. I did called right away, the Sprint told me they will rush my phones on the mail without no charge. When I finally got my two cell phones well guess what my key pad was not working. I called back the Sprint once again and they told me since I got no insurance on my cell phones they got to charge me now for 119 dollars. What the heck is going on? The Sprint really trying to get money as much as they can to all of us.
I'm cancelling my Sprint this year and switch to a better and trusted company. Sprint is just a scam business. I hate the customer service and their phones. It s phones are junk it won't last at all. BEWARE OF SPRINT.
