AAA and HondaHaven of Bartlett Compliment - Thanks HondaHaven and AAA

Review by jktshff1 on 2010-05-06
BARTLETT, TENNESSEE -- Long story short, I have AAA Plus. Got stranded on the interstate in Memphis, TN. Called AAA 15 minutes, Curtis and tow truck from HondaHaven Of Bartlett show up. Hook up load, take it home, all in less than an hr.

Thanks guys.

That is awesome. Stranded on the road is always a bit unnerving. Glad they took great care of you!

I've been a AAA member since 1976. The same year that DB's older brother signed up. I've always been a satisfied customer, and I've had many roadside "emergencies".

As a side note, I'd like to mention that Allstate, the company I have for auto insurance, calls me every 2 weeks or so to try to get me to use their motor club. No idea how good it is, but I tell them that I am satisfied with AAA, and I usually have to hang up on the rep because they won't take that as an answer.

Great review, jkt. I wish one time I had AAA, when I sat with my gold Wing and a blown out front tire for five hours on I-10 south of Phoenix. Finally, a biker type stopped and got a message to my friends in Coolidge to come get me. Three DPS cars passed me and not one even slowed down, and I was in uniform, having gone to a uniform shop in Phoenix after work in the Pinal County jail. The old saw about judging a book is absolutely true.

Good to hear! Has anyone heard of the My911 phone app? It includes roadside assistance along with some other features like automatic collision response but I would like to hear more about how actual users like it.

Ya gotta a phone, uses it to call AAA and get an account. Call a cop if you are involved in an accident. Response from law enforcement might be longer than AAA LOL!
