Complaint - Misleading Ads and Defective Merchandise

ASHBURN, VIRGINIA -- My wife and I ordered a bunk bed for our son's room, wanting a "twin over full" configuration. The photo of the bed we purchased clearly showed a full mattress on the bottom, but the dimensions provided on their site didn't give you enough information to verify this. We ordered by phone and were told that it would be assembled by the delivery people.

When the bed arrived, the delivery guys refused to assemble it, it was scratched, a drawer was broken, and it did not accomodate a full mattress.

All we got out of FurnitureFind was an "I'm sorry". I would definitely not recommend doing business with them.
