Atlantic-Millennium Auto Group Complaint - Horrible Customer Service

WEST ISLIP, NEW YORK -- I took my car to get service by the Hyundai dealership under the Atlantic-Millennium Auto Group. I originally purchased it from their Toyota dealership, but as it was a Hyundai it was serviced at Hyundai. Apparently, the warranty company that I had gone out of business again and the dealerships were bickering amongst each other over who would be responsible for fixing my car. The end result is that I was without a car for over a week because Atlantic Hyundai refused to repair it and Atlantic Toyota could not repair it as they only know how to fix Toyotas! There was no apology given to me for this gross inconvenience and they refused to give me the contact information of someone in charge so that I could file a formal complaint.
