Informative - Newfoundland Tech from Comcast

It is amazing how a big corporation would hire people with just a little bit of knowledge about the internet services that they are providing to the public. On April 28, 2010, I started having connectivity problem with my Internet connection. I called 1-COMCAST and I was shuffled from Livermore, CA down to the other side of the world - India and then to the Philippines with no luck in getting my wireless internet connection going. I had to go out - of-town and when I came back on 5/5/2010, lo and behold, my internet connection was working, but then it went kaput again this morning.
I called COMCAST again and was once more, shuffled around the world, from Suzzette, Byron, David, Laura, Majit (I went through the travelling phase once more - from India, Pakistan, Philippines, Mexico) and finally, there was this Customer Tech person by the name of "MIKE - ID # 31958 in a little Newfoundland tech center in Canada who took his time in resolving my internet connectivity issues.

As you can see - I now have internet connection - thanks to Mike - ID #31958
