Complaint - Staples HORRIBLE Experience

DO NOT USE to order on line - horrible customer service - no resolution, no ability to resolve situation which was entirely their fault - attempts to transfer me to a supervisor but they kept hanging up on me. huge waste of time on phone and no resolution. They also charged my bank account when they should not have and said it would not be returned for at least 3 days (we will see). All around horrible horrible experience and I frequently and regularly purchase on line with very rarely ever any problems - matter of fact all great experiences as far back as I can recall. shame on you!
