Churchs chicken Complaint - Customer service - chicken
DENVER, CO, COLORADO -- I dined in restaurant # 7082 5/7/10 at 13:23. I ordered 2 wings, okra a biscuit and water. I ate my first wing, even though I did not finish it. I then ate my second wing which was not cooked all the way, it was red and not done. I then proceeded to the front counter to tell the guy who took my order that it was not done and requested a chicken leg. The lady(manager Gabriela) asked in Spanish "porque", and my order taker responded in Spanish to her. She then rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look and mumbled under her breath, went to the fry area and and told the fry person, in Spanish that I complained, all the while eating. I normally do not dine in but I will not be going back to this location as I do not live or work in the area, I was there doing work for school. Your workers need to be aware that others races may know the language, as I do because I work in a restaurant myself and have acquired some languages outside of my own. Plus I could have been your secret shop.
