American Home Shield Complaint - Heating and Air BS - Do not use this company
Do not use this company - Complaint
I have been using this company for three years anytime I have thinking I was protected if anything major breaks down in my house. They claim to repair or replace any thing wrong with Herating air plumbing elctric duct work etc.. They LIE to your face when my heat pump malfunctioned they claimed it had been missing a part and denied the claim. SAVE your 40 bucks amonth in a separate account and just pay to have it fixed yourself do not give these crooks any of your hard earmned money. If I had done this I would have had 1200 ollars available to assist the cost of replacing my old heat pump. and saved paying sixty dollars for someone to tell me my AC heat is broke and they are not going to fix it regardless of contract.
