Netspend Complaint - What's Happened to my Money
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- Two weeks ago a large amount of money was transferred to my Netspend card. I watched the process and the money was held in limbo pending and then saw that it posted. Once I saw that I was overjoyed and could finally catch up on my rent, car payment, utilities, phone, put food in the apartment and get back to a doctor so I could get back on my treatment. (I have cancer and need my Cimo treatments). So happy I headed off to the store to buy groceries. I got to the line checked out and handed her the card. It was declined. I politely asked her to try again. It once again was declined. I asked that the food be returned and with my head hanging down and full of anger left the store embarrasssed. I went home, logged into my account online to see where the money was and it was gone. I proceeded to call customer service and they indicated they were having technical difficulties and no one could access their cards. How long do I have to wait for the technical difficulties to be fixed. No on seems to have an answer for me. Thank god I made a print screen of the money when it was transferred and hope I don't have to get an attorney involved to get acdss to my money.
I don't know what to say. My health is going down hill and if I don't get back on the medicine I could have the cancer spread. What is a person to do if they can't get what is rightfully theirs. Their customer service department keeps saying the same thing. I don't want to hear excused, JUST TELL MY WHERE MY MONEY IS.
