JACKSON, CALIFORNIA -- Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 5 days in advance and 9:00 pm the night before they say that they are sorry that they are unable to deliver as they are sold out. If you're ordering for delivery in Jackson, California don't bother. Then flowersforyou.com was "sorry" and said that there was nothing that they could do about it. Seriously? the night before? They didn't even bother to offer any credit as they felt that I probably wouldn't use it since I was dissatisfied. Well, at least they got that part right. I would not, could not recommend their services. Call the florist locally instead. The subcontractor makes more money and prioritizes their orders that way, NOT by their contractual obligation. Thanks for nothing. literally

That's terrible, and I'm surprised they were not able to accomodate you, being as you called in so many days before. I never ever use any of these types of delivery flower services. I go on line, and google florists in the area of the person I'm sending flowers to. The local florists I find, do a much better job, give you more personal service, and you keep them in business. They know they are competing now with places like this, so they will go of their way to do a great job, so you become a repeat customer. I always use local florists for flowers and gift baskets, and have always had a good experience.
