Sprint Complaint - Horrible customer service
I have had Sprint for years and I had problems with them but not like recently. My phone was acting up and when I would try to contact one person my phone would not let me. We made sure it was my phone and not his and it ended up being my phone. I spoke to one person who said it was my phone, then they transferred me and the next person said it was the system. They take notes down so you don't have to repeat yourself well they lie I think I repeated myself 10 times no lie until I gave up and hung up. I was on the phone with them for about 4 hours for two days and once one person gives up on the issue they transfer you to the next person and so on....they never resolved my issue and were very rude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT HELP YOU THEN GO TO SPRINT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU. back TO my situation, they told me that they would open a ticket and resolve my issue I called back a day later to check on the situation because I still could not text this person and I didn't mind if they told me that I was going to take more time but instead the representative told me that they was NO ticket open at all! can you understand my frustration? they are the worst at customer service and there phone suck! almost every phone I had, was replaced. also why have insurance on your phone? because its not worth it because when you need another one they don't not give you one. My friend had an issue with her phone and they tired to fix it and they couldn't so they gave her a new one JUST LIKE that and that company is VERISON and right after I'm done writing this I am going to Verizon they are the only company who seems to put there customers first. that is why they are number one, not just because of there great phone service but because of there great customer service!
