Motorola Complaint - Unsatisfactory product - Motorola cell phone V3i

Motorola cell phone V3i - Complaint
Review by Upendra on 2010-05-09
SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS -- Dear Sir,
I reside in Schaumburg IL. In month of Nov.2009 I had purchsed Motorola V3i unlocked phone for my visit to India. I was always very very careful with my phone during my visit to India. In month of March 2010 suddenly my phone stoped working and no one in India was in position to repair the same as NoKia is the only popular and running name in cell phone there. The surprise is how phone can stop working without any reason. In between Nov 2009 to March 2010 it stopped on many occasions but in March 2010 it was completely dead.
Motorola is Pioneer in cell phone but now their product is either defective or lacking techanical skill required for sofisticated product. Now I have decided to return this product to company as an compliment from me without expecting anything from them, so they can find out the fault and sale better product to loyal customers who purchase in name of Motorola

You need to make sure that the phone you purchased uses the same wireless standards that are used in India. GSM is the most popular technology worldwide, but not in the U.S. To me it sounds like you purchased a CDMA technology phone and it didn't work with India's GSM network.
