Staples Complaint - Poor to non-existent customer service by store manager in Santa Ana,CA
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased the AIO for my home office and within one month I experience software glitches and ultimately a hardware issue. I took the product back, along with receipts and my explanation that I had already invested approx 6 hours of telephone time on the line with HP Tech Support. The store manager did not give me the time of day; pointed out the "14 Day Return" policy and would not even provide me with assistance to secure help with HP Warranty. This guy could care less and in return, I intend to never purchase so much as a pencil from Staples. I have a frequent customer number and have primarily used Staples for business supplies but their lack of concern and unwillingness to stand behind a product they sell shows me what a shoddy and unprofessional business they run. On a side note, after spending another couple of hours on the phone with HP tech support re the hardware issue, they are replacing the AIO. I have to give HP a thumbs up for accountability.
