FTD.Com Complaint - Where Are My Flowers
I ordered from FTD on May 8, for my mother and grandmother the website stated that delivery would be made on the 8th or 9th. I get a call later that day from FTD stating that they could not make the delivery for my grandmother until Monday. That was fine. Here it is the 10th and no flowers. My mother did not receive her flowers also and they never called me to inform me that they could not deliver to my mother. I went away for the weekend. my mother was babysitting our kids at my home. The delivery was to take place at my house while she was watching the kids. now its Monday and still no flowers. I tried to call and email company and no response. I will never use FTD again for any occasion.
