Comcast Corporation Complaint - Billing issues
First of all let me just say if you have your cable bill set up on a debit or credit card CHANGE IT NOW ... if the card expires and you forget to change it in time ... Comcast will freeze on-line account and when you call and pay for and try to get it re-setup they will charge you $18.00 for doing it on the phone .... if your account is frozen you can not do anything with it as far as changing the billing type ... I tried calling customer service, must be in India, 4 times to get it straighten up. the final time I told the person I wanted a manager ... the problem is fixed as of today ... it is set up for the "next billing cycle" ... DO NOT USE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD ...
