Florist Express /Pro Flowers Complaint - Poor choice in copanies that supply services

A delivery that was supposed to be delivered on 5/8 or 5/9 by 6: pm never made it. My problem with this company is when I requested a refund on Sunday evening at 8:30 I was made to feel as if it would depend on what the florist said. It didn't matter that the flowers had not reached my mom or she never received a call. I was also supposed to receive a call from someone to tell me what the outcome was today; again I had to contact them. When they finally agreed I should receive a refund I was also told they would be out to pick up the half dead late delivery my mother had received a 1pm today. I would like this company to realize just apologizing to your client does nothing except frustrate the person and I was made to feel I had to fight for what should have been resolved easily. I was disappointed my mother didn't receive what I found would brighten her day. I will never attempt another purchase with this company and I would advise anyone purchasing flowers for someone in Naples not to use this company. The florist to steer clear of is Randall's Florist‎,also known as Naples Magic Flowers.
