Pro Flowers Express Complaint - Mother's Day
OLDSAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- I put a order for my mother on the 5 of May for Mother's Day. Called her on Mother's Day to wish her a great day and asked her how she had liked her flowers. She replied what flowers. Not only did I not get a phone call or a email to tell me that they do not deliver where she lives but, when I contact a representative I am told to calm down its not that big of a deal, that they are sorry they will refund me my money and would like to have an address to send some beautiful flowers. I gave them my grandmothers address seens how they wouldn't deliver out to my mother's. Decided to call her today and ask her about her flowers. Never got them how embarrasssing to me for one so I get back on the phone and ask were is my money and why did my grandmother not receive her flowers and they tell me they are sorry but they assure me everything will be taken care of tomorrow. I wasted a total of two hours dealing with Pro Flowers Express representatives. When I asked them what happened and why didn't my grandmother's flowers get sent out they said there must have been a mistake. I decided to ask the supervisor if he understood my frustration and he said he did. I took it upon myself to say I am sure your mother got something for mother's day? And, not just the supervisor today but yesterday as well said that there mothers had passed and they wished just for there mother's to have been there. Could be but if not that is very sick to say. I hope the company gets it together and fires a bunch of people!! As for my flowers that they are now sending out to me can't wait to see how beautiful these flowers really are!!
