Dish Network Complaint - Charged for my labor?
Upon cancellation of my service with Dish Network, I was informed that I would be sent a box with a shipping label to send the receiver, remotes, and parts of the dish assembly back to the company. Then I was informed that I would be charged $15 for shipping and handling.
It seems to me that I am the one doing most of the labor here, why am I getting charged at all?
There is no local place in all of San Diego to drop off the equipment, and there is no uninstall service? What kind of customer service is this?
Don't bother with these guys, they are worse than the cable company.
