Teleflora Complaint - Ruined Mother's Day!
I ordered what I thought was a lovely arrangement for my 82-year-old mom on Mother's Day. When she sent me a photo of what she'd received, I was shocked to find a basket of what appeared to be yard clippings, tastelessly arranged. Instead of the roses, lilies, and asters I'd ordered, the florist had substituted carnations, gerbera daisies, and stock - the cheapest flowers to be had. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes (!) with Teleflora's customer service, I was told that the florist would re-deliver the arrangement with a note of apology "ASAP", possibly the same day. Four days, four emails, and two phone calls later, Mother's Day has long gone....no contact from the florist and no follow up from Teleflora. Their product quality is poor and their customer service is awful. I will never use this firm again and would not recommend it to anyone.
