TXU Energy Complaint - TXU Energy Worse Excuse For A Company
Yesterday I hear someone at my breaker box and go out there and it is TXU disconnecting my electricity. He said he had a work order for non payment which I knew I HAD paid. SO I get TXU ENERGY for what it was worth because the person I was talking to evidently spoke no English. Fortunately for me I teach ESL Classes so I could read between the lines. So I told him I had paid the bill and he said did I have my Account number I said no and No I can't find it in the dark then he asked did I had confirmation Number. Nope again it;s in the house in the dark. Then he ask me if I maybe paid it to some other address. Yeah right I always go around paying TXU with payment information and they said well we still have to charge you 79.00 for reconnect and disconnect fees. It was like arguing with an infant because this guys did not understand English that I called back too either.
Where exactly are TXU's Customer Service people located? WHat Country? I instantly left them after 15 years of service.
