Appliancezone.com Complaint - Appliancezone.com Confusing Refund Policy and Not Very Helpful

CORYDON, INDIANA -- I found it very hard to understand the refund policy because when I received the part and asked for a refund authorization form, the website and the authorization form had conflicting info. They also make you buy a new product instead of just giving you a refund, which really is not a refund, it is a credit or worse, an exchange. They also constantly say that they may refuse your return for any reason (ie. not putting it back in same mailing carton it was sent in) making you unsure if it is worth paying the extra s/h to send it back and possibly seeing nothing in return. I recommend looking for other appliance part websites with better customer satisfaction policies.
