Florist Express Complaint - Don't bother using Florist Express
I placed an order for delivery on the Saturday before Mother's Day and when I spoke to my mother, nothing had been delivered. When I questioned this, I was told they could not find anyone to deliver on the Saturday and they would upgrade and deliver on Monday with a back up of Tuesday. Why they couldn't let me know earlier remains a mystery. It is now Thursday morning and now they tell me because of the "remoteness of the address" they cannot locate a florist able to fill my order and would I give them an alternative address! Frankly, I'm sick of their apologies for the "inconvenience" (their word, not mine). I could have flown back to the US from the UK and delivered the flowers myself in the time it's taken them to inform me. It wouldn't be hard to weep with frustration for the ruined Mother's Day. Don't waste your time, money and energy with this site.
