Sonics Drive Through Complaint - Other Employees - Constant Foul Language

HARVEY, LOUISIANA -- The remarks on a every day basic at the Sonic drive through in Harvey LA on Manhatten makes me want to stop being a customer the constant cursing and name calling upon the employees not all but most of them including the managers or constantly at the bad mouthing upon arrival at this location. I couldn't believe the words being used in the presence of my children. The intercom was left on and we can hear the language used inside the Sonics restaurant where employees or only allowed.

I would like to see something done about this so I can continue to be a Sonic customer.

they do make a pretty decent root beer float.....and thats about it

Customer service at many places has gotten atrocious. I don't know if it has to do with the improving economy & record consumer demand or if it is just the lack of manners & civility in general.
I know Target is known for its "Legendary" customer service & customer friendly policies (sarcasm intended)

Where I work we will goof around and talk with each other, but we will NOT swear. That just crosses the line.
