Florist Express Complaint - Florist Express - No such thing as 100% customer satisfaction
I had gone on the Florist Express website to order Mothers Day flowers for my Mom in New Hampshire. After finding what I wanted and putting in the information - a window popped up and said that the item I wanted was not available. I then proceeded to go back and find something else to send. Imagine my surprise when my Mom called the next day and thanked me for BOTH gift baskets.
I called customer service and they said since I had gotten 2 confirmation numbers there was not anything they could do. In the first place, why would I have even looked for a confirmation for the first order when THEIR website said it wasn't available. What I can't get them to understand (or maybe they do) is why would I have ordered 2 gift baskets (within 30 minutes of each other) if the first one had been available.
So my bill now totals $198.00. Customer service would not even credit the delivery charges for one of the orders. Customer satisfaction?? NONE!! Is this a new kind of scam to double their money?
